What is the big secret? Just the formula of tones and brainwave stimulation settings. A subscriber of mine has read and looked into various data from many sources and asked is i can create something to what he thought would be a great try at new form of stimulation to help people reach mind sleep body awake states and stimulate what some people call astral projection or out of body perception through the use of the frequency following response or ( sound vibration ) So i crafted this special formula based on the request and also added some of my own elements from my experience creating brainwave sound journeys.

ASTRAL PROJECTION | OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE

Astral projection refers to an out-of-body-experience (OBE) during which the astral body leaves the physical body and travels to the astral plane. People often experience this state during illness or when involved in a near death experience, but it is also possible to practice astral projection at will.With the use of brainwave music and binaural beats frequencies.

Astral projection (or astral travel) is an out-of-body experience achieved either awake or via lucid dreaming or deep meditation. People who say they experience astral projection often say that their spirit or astral body has left their physical body and moves in another dimension known as the spirit world or astral plane. The concept of astral projection has been around and practiced for thousands of years. with the use of meditation practices such as binaural beats and brainwave entrainment the potential is there!

In astral projection the conscious mind leaves the physical body and moves into the astral body to experience. In astral projection you remain attached to your physical body by a 'silver umbilical type cord'. Some people are able to see the cord when astral projecting. To astral project, as with all out-of-body experiences, one must feel totally relaxed, clothing fitting comfortable, reclining is best.
